I joined the Sandy Bear team in September 2024. I’ve supported many children and young people in various roles and settings for around 10 years; from supporting children with complex additional learning and medical needs, to serious and terminal illnesses, as well as survivors of domestic abuse. My background into bereavement support for children, young people and their families began in 2021 and it’s something I’ve been so passionate about ever since.  

I moved to Bridgend in 2023 from Bournemouth with my partner. I am houseplant obsessed and have more plants than I’d like to admit! I love spending time with family and friends, as well as watching sunsets at the beach in Porthcawl. I’m very grateful and excited to be a part of the Sandy Bear team!
