Debbie Wasson
Bereavement Practitioner – Ceredigion
Hi, I’m Debbie and I’m delighted to join the Sandy Bear Team!
Children’s bereavement has long been close to my heart since my brother died when I was a teenager (many moons ago!)
I have a professional background in Paediatric nursing, am a Funeral Celebrant and recently have worked as a carer at Skanda Vale Hospice.
Although new to Sandy Bear, I volunteered with 2 similar charities in Cornwall and Plymouth.
I have lived in West Wales for nearly 15 years, with my partner, 2 teenage daughters, our cat and dog. The beaches, woods and rivers here make my soul sing!
In my spare time you will find me with a creative project or a book, giving reflexology treatments, spending time with family and friends, being in the garden or in the woods.
