You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us at admin@sandybear.co.uk as soon as possible.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the Returns Policy if you wish to return the item.

• We currently offer shipping to UK.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to the Channel Islands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
