Bereavment Practitioner Vacancy – South East Wales
Could you be our next superstar? With Sandy Bear support growing to cope with demand, we are now seeking an exceptional individual with a youth/health/education/social care background looking to develop their skills and experience whilst helping us have a positive impact on those impacted by a bereavement, or in the lead up to a bereavement.
The post is emotionally challenging, but with the induction and ongoing training, and support of colleagues at Team Sandy Bear, it is also an immensely rewarding one.
In addition to providing support directly, you will have the opportunity to build a team of volunteers to support you, work with networks and organisations to ensure we don’t duplicate some of the amazing work which already exists; ultimately improving outcomes for children, young people, and families within Wales.
For an informal discussion please email Dawn dawn@sandybear.co.uk or Lee ceo@sandybear.co.uk To apply please submit your CV and a supporting statement setting out how your experiences and skills meet the person specification to ceo@sandybear.co.uk
Applications will be considered and interviews scheduled as they are submitted so please do get in touch or apply early as we will close the vacancy once we have recruited to this post.
