At Sandy Bear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our refund policy below:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

• If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include a description and photos of the issue.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
